Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que, LLC is a member locally of the AZBBQA and nationally of the Kansas City Barbecue Society. In addition to catering, the Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que Team also began competing in cook offs in 2008.

2009 wrapped up to be a great year in our Competition BBQ arena! We competed in state and national championships and cooked along side the best teams in the nation! We were called to walk in a main category, became Certified BBQ Judges through KCBS, and even judged a national event that determined final standings! We are looking forward to this new year in 2010 as we kick start our tour in Chandler AZ and then over to Scottsdale at 2 great local events! Follow us in 2010 as we compete locally in State Championship BBQ with our Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que Competition BBQ Team! The team currently has 4 official members and 3 Little Pit Masters, but honorary members and volunteers are always welcome! Apply for volunteer/honorary positions at your own risk. We work hard and play hard while we cook and typically we're just plain beat after a competition.
