Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que, LLC is a member locally of the AZBBQA and nationally of the Kansas City Barbecue Society. In addition to catering, the Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que Team also began competing in cook offs in 2008.

2009 wrapped up to be a great year in our Competition BBQ arena! We competed in state and national championships and cooked along side the best teams in the nation! We were called to walk in a main category, became Certified BBQ Judges through KCBS, and even judged a national event that determined final standings! The 2010 season started with a bang this spring with our Team earning a 7th place ribs award out of 60 teams in Chandler AZ and a 6th place Brisket award in Scottsdale! The Brisket award actually beat our Johnny Trig who was there competing as well!

Follow us in 2010 as we compete locally in State Championship BBQ with our Smoke Wagon Bar-B-Que Competition BBQ Team! The team currently has 4 official members and 3 Little Pit Masters, but honorary members and volunteers are always welcome! Apply for volunteer/honorary positions at your own risk. We work hard and play hard while we cook and typically we're just plain beat after a competition. If you want to have some of the most fun you've ever had, meet some great people, and cook bbq in the middle of the night, call us and we'll get you involved!
